Program / Project Management
Manage all aspects of a contract / task order/delivery order, including recruiting and maintaining qualified personnel, ensuring appropriate tools are available to enhance productivity, establishing and managing a program budget, overseeing quality assurance procedures, communicating regularly with stakeholders, and maintaining adherence to approved schedule of deliverables.

Using a combination of GIS and Auto CAD, develop spatial data management and decision support systems for optimizing facility usage and minimizing operational costs.

Data Gap Analysis
Determine the variance between existing data and required data and provide detailed reports on the status and quality of data and the steps necessary to collect missing and improve existing data.

Develop and Maintain GIS data
Develop GIS data by conducting GPS surveys, and then maintaining both new and existing data in geodatabases, Oracle and SQL databases.  Using a proven quality process, we ensure all data is checked for accuracy and standard compliance prior to being stored in a database.

Clean and Standardize Data
Whether using existing or new data, we ensure all data is standardized to enable data sharing.  We are expert in Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE) compliance; however, we can use any existing standards and protocols to produce the same result.  We adhere to standards for setting and maintaining metadata using either Federal Geographic Data Committee standards or specialized standards required by the client.

Database Design and Administration
We create and maintain data in all of the following database applications: SQL, Oracle 9/8i/9i/10g: Database Administration, Performance and Tuning, Distributed Databases, Advanced Replication, Spatial, Oracle Designer.  Based on the requirements, number of users, type of data and information to be stored and accessed, we help select the right database or adopt databases already in use.

Develop Policies and User Guides
Whether as a result of our process improvement analysis or as an independent effort, we write policies and procedures that address any aspect of technical and business operations.  We can write policies that help streamline an organization and achieve maximum operational effectiveness.  We also write GIS User Guides so personnel understand the protocols and conventions necessary to maintain, use and share accurate data.

Develop Website Applications
Based on business analysis and specification design, we web-enable GIS applications to allow for sharing and visualizing of data with individuals, without the need for specialized GIS software.  We also provide document management systems to allow for accessing, editing, and archiving any type of document or information (Word, PDF, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, BitMap). This information may also be linked and accessed using GIS technologies.
